On Approval Visa Manpower provides visa consultancy and immigration application assistance services. Our services include consultation, documentation guidance, and application preparation support.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country. On Approval Visa Manpower does not and cannot guarantee visa approval. We provide assistance with the preparation and submission of applications only.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information for their applications. Submitting false or misleading information to immigration authorities is a serious matter and may affect future applications.
4. Fees
Consultancy fees are separate from government visa application fees, embassy fees, and other third-party charges. Fee information will be communicated during consultation.
5. Limitation of Liability
On Approval Visa Manpower shall not be liable for visa refusals, delays, or decisions made by immigration authorities, as these are outside our control.
